Successfully developed a sustainability strategy for Five Rivers Rum, a fast growing alcoholic spirits brand.Assessed greenhouse gas emissions, recommended short & long-term reduction strategies, evaluated supply chain integrity and reviewed social & ethical practices within the business. Five Rivers are now on a pathway to Carbon Neutrality.

Worked with an East London primary schools federation on their sustainability initiatives.Raised £500k to install solar panels across school sites. In addition, developed a range of energy saving, climate-change awareness and community engagements recommendations.
